1. Digital Product Purchases (eBooks & Guides)

Once the eBook or digital material has been purchased and the download link has been generated or sent, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations due to the immediate digital accessibility of the content.

2. Masterclass & Workshop Registrations

Due to the proprietary nature of our live and recorded training sessions, prompt frameworks, and bonus assets provided upon enrollment:

• Registration fees for the 3-Hour AI Face Consistency Masterclass are non-refundable once account access or portal credentials have been dispatched.
• If a live session is rescheduled by Sellmize, registered attendees will be provided with updated timing or lifetime recording access.

3. Exceptions & Duplicate Transactions

We only consider refund or reversal requests under strict exceptional circumstances, such as:

• Duplicate payment charged for the same product due to a technical error on the payment gateway.
• Proven failure to deliver digital access credentials due to system malfunction on our end (provided customer support is notified within 48 hours).
